Do you wake up in the morning with a stiff jaw, sore teeth, or a nagging headache? Teeth grinding and clenching during sleep is a growing problem that can thoroughly disrupt your night's rest and damage your teeth in the long term. The SleepPro Knarsbitje self-fit offers accessible and effective support to reduce the impact of bruxism, so that you and your jaws can start the day relaxed again.
- Optimal fit due to the proven Boil & Bite technology, which allows the mouthguard to fit your own teeth precisely.
- Safe and responsible use of food-grade EVA material, completely free of BPA, phthalates, and latex for daily use.
- Flexible design that is suitable for both the upper and lower teeth, depending on your personal preference.
- Includes a handy storage box to keep the mouthguard hygienic and extend its lifespan.
How it works
The SleepPro Knarsbitje acts as a protective barrier between your teeth. Through the Boil & Bite method, the material becomes soft when heated, after which it forms exactly to the contours of your teeth when you bite down. This ensures a stable position in the mouth, which helps to distribute the pressure on the jaw muscles and prevent direct wear of the tooth enamel due to grinding. It is a low-threshold way to test whether a mouthguard is the right solution for your complaints.
