250 mg Urtica dioica (nettle extract, 10:1 ratio)
250 mg Manjistha (Rubia cordifolia)

Ingredients: Manjistha (Rubia cordifolia), Nettle extract (Urtica dioica (10:1 ratio)), vegetarian capsule (Pullulan).

Directions: Take 1 to 2 capsule(s) per day.

Important warnings:

Do not use if you have an allergy to plants from the nettle family (Urticaceae).
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Concurrent use with Diclofenac may enhance its effect.
Consult an expert in case of pregnancy, lactation, medication use, or illness.
