Squeeze the Beppy tampon slightly before insertion. Insert the tampon as deeply as possible into the vagina with a clean finger. The tampon will position itself into the correct shape. Remove the tampon after a maximum of 8 hours by hooking your finger into the handy loop or under the edge of the tampon and pulling it out gently. For single use only.
