What this product is used for
Single-use earplugs against harmful noise

Directions for use
Roll the earplug into a firm cylinder.
Pull the ear upwards to straighten the ear canal and insert the compressed earplug deep with the other hand.
Hold the earplug in place until it has expanded and assumed a comfortable position.
If the earplug does not stay in place or falls out on its own, it probably does not fit the shape of your ear canal well.
In that case, try another model – for example, an ON-ear earplug made of wax or silicone.
