Remove the protective strip from the adhesive strip on the back of the liner. Place the liner firmly in close-fitting underwear, with the adhesive side facing down. Replace the liner if necessary or when you begin to experience a damp feeling.
This is a single-use product; do not reuse. Do not flush down the toilet, but dispose of it with general waste. Store in a dry place and out of reach of direct sunlight.
