44% vegetables (12% carrot, 10% parsnip, 8% spinach, 8% peas, 6% green beans), water, 9% white FISH, 3.5% rice flour, 2% corn starch, rapeseed oil.

Use & Dosage

Press the lid before opening. If it clicks, do not use the contents. Stir the contents and put the desired amount on a plate, using a plastic spoon. Heat in the microwave for approx. 30 sec. at 600W. Stir well again after heating and check the temperature. Do not reuse leftovers.
