Traditional household tools often contain synthetic materials that leave behind microplastics and unnecessarily burden the environment. However, cleaning your living environment does not have to come at the expense of nature. With the right responsible alternatives, you create a clean, healthy foundation for your entire family, without an unnecessary ecological footprint.

Key benefits

• Environmentally friendly and compostable: Fully biodegradable, meaning the sponge can simply be thrown in the organic waste bin after use.
• Durably reusable: The sponge is easy to clean in the washing machine or dishwasher, which ensures a longer lifespan and less waste.
• Natural materials: Made from high-quality, plant-based raw materials that clean effectively without leaving scratches.

How it works

This compostable sponge combines an absorbent cellulose part with a powerful scouring layer of natural fibres. As a result, the sponge removes dirt and grease effortlessly, while the structure remains breathable and holds onto unpleasant odours less quickly. Over time, the material breaks down completely naturally, unlike traditional plastic scouring sponges.
