How it works

HG Vlekweg no. 6 works based on a carefully composed formula with non-ionic surfactants. These active ingredients penetrate deep into the fibres of the textile to loosen the bond between the dye and the fabric. By soaking the textile in the liquid, even dried-in ink and drink residues are dissolved, after which they can be easily rubbed out and rinsed away with warm water.

Usage & Dosage

Follow the steps below to easily remove ballpoint and stubborn dye stains from textiles:

1. First, treat a small, inconspicuous part of the fabric and test it for colourfastness.
2. Then, remove as much of the stain residue as possible.
3. Fill a small bowl with HG Vlekweg 6 and place the part of the textile with the stain into the bowl.
4. Let it soak for 10 to 15 minutes.
5. Then rub fabric against fabric and rinse well with warm water. If necessary, repeat the treatment and let it soak for a longer period, but do not let the liquid dry out.
6. For smaller stains, place the textile on an absorbent white surface, for example, a white tissue.
7. Dab with a cloth soaked in the product and then rinse well with warm water.
