Unless otherwise indicated by an advisor, therapist, or doctor, the following dosages apply:
Take 3 drops from each stock bottle and add them to a 30ml pipette bottle filled with (spring) water. Take 4 drops from this under the tongue at least 6 times a day. Taking it with meals is a handy memory aid. The drops can also be mixed into a bite of food or a glass of drink (animals, toddlers, the sick). For preservation, you can add 1 teaspoon of brandy to the 30ml pipette bottle. If the pipette touches your tongue, mould will get into the bottle. So do not do that.
