Ingredients
MILK PROTEIN HYDROLYSATE, bulking agent (hydroxypropyl cellulose, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose), Camellia sinensis extract, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids, stearic acid), glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), calcium L-methylfolate.

Usage
The recommended dosage is 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised. Preferably take during or after a meal. Do not take on an empty stomach.

Green tea:
Maximum dose of EGCG is 800 mg per day. 
Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products.
Not suitable for children under 18 years of age, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Storage instructions
Store in a dry place at room temperature.
