Take 1 level tablespoon (5 grams) per day with a meal or as prescribed by your therapist or doctor. Dissolve in water (approx. 200 ml) or another liquid and let it stand for a moment so that the fibres dissolve completely. The fibres can also be dissolved in yoghurt, smoothies or hot foods. We advise you to drink enough throughout the day (1.5 - 2 litres). In case of doubt, consult your (GP) doctor.
