How it works

Guar bean fibres are derived from the endosperm of the Indian guar plant (Cyamopsis tetragonoloba). Sunfiber® is a unique, enzymatically split (hydrolysed) form of these fibres. As a result, they dissolve perfectly and are very mild for the gastrointestinal wall. In the large intestine, these soluble fibres serve as prebiotics: they are slowly converted by the bacteria present into short-chain fatty acids such as acetate, butyrate and propionate. Usage & Dosage
