Ramen is a Japanese noodle soup dish. The noodles in this dish are also called ramen. They look like instant noodles, but we do not make them from wheat; they are made from 100% organic brown rice. This is a pure version without a sachet of flavour enhancers. Instead, add a tablespoon of miso (soup powder) to the water, along with your choice of herbs and vegetables, and cook the ramen for 3 minutes.
