Usage
Cook a (half) strip with rice, vegetables or pulses for extra umami. Remove the strip after cooking; it is not meant to be eaten. Want to make dashi? Soak 1 strip of kombu, 2 shiitake mushrooms and 1 litre of water for 4 to 20 hours in the fridge.

Storage
