How it works
A cat allergy is a form of inhalation allergy. When you inhale allergens that come from a cat's skin, your immune system may react by producing specific IgE antibodies. This test detects those antibodies in a small amount of blood. Through the innovative test cassette and developing fluid, the presence of these substances is made visually apparent via lines in the test window.

Use & Dosage
1. Use the included lancet to prick. Twist off the protective cap of the lancet and press the lancet with the white tip firmly against the finger until it clicks. 2. Use the included blood collection tube to collect blood. Massage the finger until a drop of blood forms. Hold the tube horizontally in the drop. The tube fills automatically. Fill the tube up to the marked line. 3. Drip the blood into the small opening of the test. Hold the end of the tube in the small opening of the test (blood drop symbol). The blood is automatically absorbed into the test. 4. Add the developing fluid and wait 15 minutes. Twist the blue cap off the developing fluid and add it to the test in the large opening. 5. Activate the test by pulling the blue slider out completely. After 15 minutes, the test must be activated. Pull the blue slider out completely. The liquid will then flow through the test (visible by the reddish discolouration). 6. After 15 minutes, the test can be evaluated. One or more lines become visible on the Allergie-Check® test. Use the included package leaflet to evaluate the result. With a high concentration of IgE, a line may already be visible at the square within 15 minutes. However, in the case of a faint line (square and triangle), it is recommended to leave the test for another 30 minutes after pulling out the blue slider before evaluating it.
