Usage & Dosage
Have the plastic pouch with the test ready. If the test was stored in the refrigerator, it must be brought to room temperature unopened before use. You need a glass or cup to collect the urine. This must be clean and dry and must not contain any detergent residue. You also need a stopwatch or a watch. Collecting a urine sample: Ask the person to be tested to provide a urine sample (to urinate into the cup). Performing the test: Take the test cassette and pipette out of the pouch. The empty plastic pouch and the sachet with desiccant can be disposed of with normal household waste. Start testing immediately after opening the pouch. Place the cassette on a flat surface and take a moment to look at the test cassette calmly. Dip the tip of the pipette into the urine and draw up a little urine to the line on the pipette. Now drip 3 - 4 drops of urine into the round opening of the test cassette. Start the stopwatch or watch immediately after dripping. You will now see the red-coloured liquid slowly moving across the result window from right to left. Read the result after 5 minutes.
