Uncertainty about physical changes can cause many questions, especially when you notice that your cycle is becoming more irregular or you are suffering from unexplained hot flushes. This transition phase is a natural process, but the lack of clear information can lead to unnecessary anxiety about your vitality and long-term health. The Testjezelf.nu Meno-check offers you a reliable method to gain more insight into your hormonal status at home, so that you maintain control over your well-being with concrete knowledge.
- Offers more than 99% reliability in detecting a rise in the FSH hormone, which gives you certainty about your result.
- Enables early detection due to high sensitivity, allowing you to signal the pre-menopause in time.
- Contains two complete tests for a double measurement after one week, which increases the accuracy of the determination.
- Includes all necessities such as collection cups and pipettes, allowing you to perform the test hygienically and directly in your own environment.
How it works
During the transition years, a woman's hormone balance changes significantly. A key role is played by the Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH). The concentration of this hormone rises significantly during the first phases of menopause and is detectable via urine. By making this rise measurable, the Meno-check helps identify the cause behind symptoms such as hot flushes or night sweats. Recognising this phase in time is supportive in making conscious choices for your health, for example with regard to bone density or cholesterol levels.

Safety & Disclaimer
Medical device. Read the instructions for use before use. In case of a positive result (2 times positive) and the absence of menstruation, it is advisable to discuss the outcome with your (GP) doctor. Use of the contraceptive pill can suppress the FSH value, which can lead to a negative result while you may be in the transition. The test does not give a false-positive result due to pill use. Always stay in contact with a medical expert if symptoms persist.
