How it works
The test works on the basis of specific coloured antibodies that react to the presence of drugs in the urine. When a certain substance is detected, this prevents the antibody from binding to the test membrane, causing the test line to become lighter or disappear in the event of a positive result. Use & Dosage
Have the plastic pouch with the test ready. If the test was stored in the refrigerator, it must first be brought to room temperature unopened before use. To collect the urine, you need a glass or cup. This must be clean and dry and must not contain any residues of washing-up liquid. Furthermore, you need a stopwatch or a watch.
Collecting urine sample: Ask the person to be tested to provide a urine sample (to urinate in the cup).
Performing the test: Take the test cassettes and pipette out of the pouch. The empty plastic pouch and sachet with desiccant can be disposed of with normal household waste. Start testing immediately after opening the pouch. Place the cassette on a flat surface and take a moment to look at the test cassette calmly. Dip the tip of the pipette into the urine and suck up a little urine up to the line on the pipette. Now drip 3 - 4 drops of urine into the round opening of the test cassette. Start the stopwatch or watch immediately after dripping. You will now see that the red-coloured liquid slowly moves across the result window from right to left. Read the result after 5 minutes. Reading later than 5 minutes is also possible, but a maximum of 15 minutes. Reading after 15 minutes can produce an unreliable result.
