Prepare the plastic pouch with the test. If the test was stored in the refrigerator, it must be brought to room temperature unopened before use. You need a glass or cup to collect the urine. Place the cassette on a flat surface and take a moment to look at the test cassette calmly. Dip the tip of the pipette into the urine and draw up a little urine up to the line on the pipette. Now drip 3 - 4 drops of urine into the round opening of the test cassette. Start the stopwatch or watch immediately after dripping. You will now see the red-coloured liquid slowly moving across the result window from right to left. Read the result after 5 minutes.
