A chesty cough can significantly disrupt your daily routine and cause a feeling of pressure on the chest. When thick mucus accumulates in the airways, coughing it up becomes difficult, leading to persistent discomfort for the whole family. Teva Bromhexine HCL provides the support needed to promote the natural clearance of mucus, so you can breathe more freely again.

- Supports effective clearing of the airways during a chesty cough for a more comfortable feeling.
- Suitable for adults and children from 5 years old, making it a practical solution for the household.
- Easy-to-dose liquid form with banana flavour for easy intake.
How it works
Bromhexine hydrochloride is a mucolytic agent that modifies the structure of the mucus present in the airways. By targeting the chemical bonds in the mucus, the viscosity (thickness) is reduced. This process helps the body to clear excess mucus more efficiently. The effect begins approximately 5 hours after intake, with the optimal effect reached after several days of consistent use.
