Teva Paracetalgin contains paracetamol as the active substance. This substance has a proven analgesic and antipyretic effect by influencing the transmission of pain signals in the nervous system and supporting temperature regulation in the brain. Thanks to the film-coated tablet, the product is easy to take and quickly absorbed by the body.

Ingredients

Tablet core: pregelatinised (maize) starch, calcium carbonate, povidone (K-25), crospovidone (type B), alginic acid, colloidal silicon dioxide (anhydrous), magnesium stearate. Tablet coating: hypromellose, polydextrose (contains sorbitol and glucose), medium-chain triglycerides, macrogol 3350, calcium carbonate, macrogol 400, deoiled sunflower lecithin (E322).

Use & Dosage

Use the lowest effective dose. Tablet can be divided into equal doses. Allow 4 hours between intakes. In case of high fever, signs of inflammation or if symptoms persist for more than 3 days, consult a doctor. Read the patient information leaflet before use. Body weight 22 kg-30 kg (children aged approximately 6 to 9 years): 1/2 tablet (250mg per dose, max 1000-1500mg (2 to 3 tablets) per 24 hours. Minimum time between doses: 4 to 6 hours.

Body weight 30 kg-40kg (children aged approximately 6 to 9 years): 1 tablet (500mg per dose, max 1500-2000mg (3 to 4 tablets) per 24 hours. Minimum time between doses: 4 to 6 hours.

Body weight 40kg-55kg (children aged approximately 12 to 15 years): 1 tablet (500mg per dose, max 2000-3000mg (3 to 4 tablets) per 24 hours. Minimum time between doses: 4 to 6 hours.

Body weight 55 kg and heavier (adults and adolescents aged 15 years and older): 1 tablet (500mg per dose, max 3000mg (6 tablets) per 24 hours. Minimum time between doses: 4 to 6 hours.

Maximum dosage: 2-6 tablets per 24 hours, depending on age and weight.
