Place the refill roll into your reusable Tiofloss dispenser. Pull off approximately 45 centimetres of dental floss and wrap the ends loosely around your fingers. Carefully insert the floss between the teeth and make gentle up-and-down movements to clean the interdental spaces. Preferably floss once a day before brushing your teeth.
