Use & Dosage

Stick out your tongue and place the tongue cleaner as far back on the tongue as possible. Pull the cleaner forward slowly with light pressure. Rinse the tongue cleaner under running water after each scraping movement. Repeat this process a few times until the tongue feels clean. Clean the instrument thoroughly with soap and water after use.
