Usage & Dosage

Brush your teeth twice a day with a pea-sized amount of toothpaste. Take at least 2 minutes and ensure all tooth surfaces are cleaned thoroughly. After brushing, spit out the toothpaste and rinse as little as possible so that the fluoride can work optimally. Keep closed and out of reach of children.
