What you'll need (for 1 loaf):

• VitAdvice Treat Bread Mix
• 2 eggs
• 150ml sparkling water
• Optional: 6 grams lemon juice

Steps:

1. Combine the eggs, water, and optional lemon juice with the bread mix in a bowl until a smooth batter forms.
2. Allow the batter to rest for 15 minutes.
3. With wet hands, shape an oval loaf and place it on baking paper. Optionally, make a light incision on the top for better rising.
4. Bake the loaf in a preheated oven at 180°C for 60 minutes.
5. Allow the loaf to cool completely before slicing.
