Usage
Ingredients (for 1 loaf):
Baking mix
2 eggs
100 ml sparkling water
1 tbsp oil
Preparation (for 1 loaf):
Mix the eggs, water, and melted oil with the flour mix in a bowl until smooth. Let the batter rest for at least 15 minutes. Form a ball with wet hands and place it on baking paper. Score the bread if desired for a good rise. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 60 minutes.
Allow the bread to cool.
