Ingredients: Green tea, capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate).
Directions: Take 1 capsule twice daily.

One capsule contains 279 mg of epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG); do not exceed a daily intake of 800 mg of EGCG per day.
