Usage & Dosage

1 to 2 capsules per day before a meal. Dosage may be increased to 4 per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount. Unless otherwise prescribed by a doctor or therapist. Children under 12 years should be given half the dosage. Capsules can be swallowed whole or opened, with the contents added to food or drink or taken as is. When using antibiotics, it is recommended to leave at least 2 hours between the use of the antibiotics and the probiotics.
