Ingredients: Alcohol approx. 51% v/v, Glycerine, Aqua, Valeriana officinalis radix (valerian extract): (1:8) 100 ml.
Directions for use: Shake before use. Take drops in a glass of water.
Adults: initial dose 30 drops four times daily. Maintenance dose: 20 to 40 drops one to four times daily. (3 times 40 drops per day (= 6 ml) contains 120 mg valerian. 20 drops is 1 ml).
Children 6 to 12 years: 10 to 15 drops three times daily.
Children 3 to 6 years: 5 to 10 drops three times daily.
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Unless otherwise prescribed by a doctor or therapist.
