Camphor, turpentine oil, levomenthol, eucalyptus oil, thymol, cedarwood oil and white petroleum jelly.
Use & Dosage
Rubbing - adults and children older than 2 years: Rub one teaspoon on the chest and back and repeat this if necessary 2-4 times per day. Inhaling - adults and children older than 2 years: Put one to two teaspoons in a bowl of hot (not boiling) water and inhale the released soothing vapours for 10-15 minutes. Maximum dosage: 4x per day.
