Use & Dosage

For a foot bath: dissolve 125 grams to 250 grams of flakes in approx. 4 litres of warm water (approx. 37 degrees Celsius). Let your feet rest in this for 20 to 30 minutes. For a bath: dissolve the desired amount of flakes in a warm bath and take a bath for at least 20 minutes.
