Take 1 to 3 scoops per day with 200 ml of water per scoop. Contains 80 mg of caffeine per scoop. Maximum dose of EGCG is 800 mg per day. Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products. Not suitable for children under 18 years of age.
