Purified water, seawater concentrate (CMD), food acid (citric acid), chromium chloride, preservative (potassium benzoate [< 0,1%]).
Take 1 ml per day with the Opti-Dose dropper (1 pipette = 1 ml). Add the drops to (approx. 200 ml) water, fruit juice or food. Shake before use. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
