Vitals Guar Bean Fibre uses Sunfiber®, extracted from Indian guar beans (Cyamopsis tetragonoloba). Through a natural enzymatic fermentation process, the naturally very long carbohydrate chains are pre-digested to an optimal length. This ensures that the fibre dissolves excellently and is fermented in the intestines not too quickly, but completely, by the gut flora. This produces valuable short-chain fatty acids such as butyrate, which play a crucial role in nourishing the intestinal wall and supporting your overall vitality.

Usage & Dosage

Take 1-2 level scoops (5-10 grams) per day with a meal. Mix with water (approx. 200 ml) or another liquid. Let the drink stand for a moment to allow the fibre to dissolve completely. The fibre can also be added to food (such as yoghurt), even to hot foods. Keep to the recommended dosage. A 15 ml scoop (= approx. 5 grams) is included.
