How it works

Psyllium husks come from the seed husk of the Plantago ovata plant. Because these fibres cannot be broken down by human digestive enzymes in the small intestine, they arrive intact in the large intestine. Usage & Dosage

As a food supplement for adults, take 2 level measuring scoops (7 grams) 1-2 times daily just before a meal. Mix with (approx. 250 ml) water. Consume immediately after preparation (because it thickens quickly otherwise). Drink an additional glass of water.

A 10 ml measuring scoop (= approx. 3.5 grams) is included.

Taking psyllium husks may reduce the absorption of certain medicines. Therefore, take medicines at least 1 hour before the psyllium husks or at least 2 hours after.
