Ashwagandha extract (Withania somnifera, root [contains MILK]), myo-inositol, rice flour (Oryza sativa), vegetable capsule (pullulan, from fermented cassava starch), minerals (zinc, selenium), anti-caking agents (calcium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), vitamins (D3, A).

Take 2 capsules per day between meals (at least half an hour before or two hours after a meal) with water.

This food supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 10 years of age.

In case of an increased need for iodine, it may be necessary to combine this product with an iodine supplement such as Vitals Organic Iodine. In some situations, it may be advisable to start with 1 capsule per day for the first week or two, and then increase the dosage to 2 capsules per day.
