Ingredients

Maca (Lepidium peruvianum Chacon), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose [cellulose gel]), ashwagandha extract (Withania somnifera, contains MILK), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids, hydroxypropyl cellulose), black cohosh extract (Cimicifuga racemosa), French maritime pine bark extract (Pinus pinaster), glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), humectant (glycerol).

Usage & Dosage

Take 1 tablet 2 times a day with a meal with water. If results are insufficient, the dosage can be temporarily increased to 2 tablets 2 times a day.
