Davitamon Vitamin D 30mg
Food supplement specifically developed for adults to provide for an increased need for vitamin D.

Vitamin D plays an essential role in body functions such as absorption of calcium and phosphorus from food and the maintenance of strong bones and teeth.
Vitamin D also supports the proper functioning of the muscles.

Composition

Composition per daily dose of 1 melting tablet		% RI*
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol)	20 mcg	400
*RI = Reference intake

 

Ingredients
Sweetener: mannitol, maize starch, vitamin D₃, flavourings, acid: citric acid, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids

Use
1 melting tablet per day, take without water, dissolves easily in the mouth, preferably during or after a meal

Do not exceed recommended use, excessive use may have a laxative effect, not suitable for children under 1 year

Health Council advice:
The Health Council advises the following groups, in addition to normal diet, 10 micrograms of extra vitamin D daily:

Women aged 50 to 69
Adults who do not get outside enough (less than 15 minutes per day between 11:00 and 15:00)
Adults with a dark skin tone
Pregnant women

The advice for elderly people from 70 years of age is 20 micrograms of extra vitamin D per day.

At room temperature (15–25°C), in a dry and dark place, in original packaging, out of reach of young children
