Ingredients
LACTOSE (MILK), potato starch, vitamin D3, lemon flavouring, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.
Usage
Recommended daily use: 1-8 tablets per day.
1 tablet = 2.5 mcg vitamin D3 (100IU).
Flexible dosing according to your needs. The tablets are easy to chew and can be taken without water.
Preferably take during or after a meal.
