Ingredients
Bulking agent (Microcrystalline Cellulose, Calcium carbonate), Capsule shell (HPMC), Vitamin K2 (MK7), Vitamin D3 (from moss), Lubricant (Magnesium stearate), Anti-caking agent (Silicon dioxide), Bioperine™.

Usage
1 capsule per day with the main meal.

Storage instructions
Consult your doctor or pharmacist before using a vitamin K2 supplement if used simultaneously with coumarin derivatives.
Contains more than 20 mcg Vitamin D and is therefore not suitable for children up to and including 10 years of age.
