Usage & Dosage

Before first use - Press the pump 4 to 4 times to activate it. Shake gently before use. Spray directly into the oral cavity. It is recommended to take 4 sprays 15 minutes before bedtime and 4 sprays at bedtime. If desired, take up to 8 additional sprays. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount.
