Usage
Chop the Vivani couverture chocolate into pieces and place in a bowl. Heat slowly using a bain-marie until the chocolate has melted and reached a smooth, liquid consistency. Do not allow the chocolate to become too hot and ensure it does not come into contact with water. Allow to cool and reheat briefly once more. The couverture is now ready for use.
