Algae are known for their strong detoxifying properties and, like clay, are excellent for use with muscle complaints, skin problems, and pain. For a soothing back wrap, mix the algae powder with warm water into a thick paste. Add a few drops of lavender and geranium oil for an extra relaxing effect. Apply the paste to the painful back, cover with cling film, a towel, a hot water bottle, and finally a warm blanket. Leave the wrap to work for about half an hour. Afterwards, gently massage the back with a massage oil enriched with lavender and geranium.
Storage advice
Store the algae wrap in a cool and dark place. After opening, the product has a shelf life of 6 months.
