Use & Dosage

For a bath: dissolve approximately 500 grams to 1 kilogram of salt in warm bath water (approximately 37 degrees Celsius). Relax for 15 to 20 minutes in the bath and then rinse the skin with clean water. For a foot bath: use approximately 100 to 150 grams of salt in a basin with warm water.
