You must not use Voltaren K 12.5mg in the following situations:

• In the case of a diagnosed heart condition or cerebrovascular disease, such as a heart attack, stroke, TIA, or surgery for these (e.g. bypass).
• If you are allergic to diclofenac or any of the other ingredients of this medicine, or have previously had a hypersensitivity reaction to other NSAIDs (such as aspirin or ibuprofen) involving asthma, skin rash, or a runny nose.
• In the case of a stomach ulcer or ulcer in the gastrointestinal tract, or if you have noticed blood in your stools or black, tarry stools.
• If your liver or kidneys are severely impaired or not functioning.
• In the case of problems with your blood circulation (peripheral arterial disease).
