Use & Dosage

Place the sanitary pad in your knickers. Fold the wings to the outside and then back to the inside so that it stays firmly in place. Replace the sanitary pad every 4-5 hours, or when it is saturated. For optimal maintenance, rinse the sanitary pad after use and store it in a wet bag until washing. You can also put them directly into a wet bag and pre-rinse in the washing machine, but this increases the chance of stains. Washing instructions: Wash the sanitary pad before first use. Wash it at 60°C in the washing machine. They can then be tumble dried. Do not use bleach or fabric softener, as this can reduce the absorbency.
