Use & Dosage
Reach your arm over your head and lift the ear cup on the other side of your head slightly. This will widen the ear canal. Hold the stem of the SANOHRA swim with the thumb and index finger of your other hand and insert it into the ear canal with the lamellae at the front, using light rotating movements. Proceed in exactly the same way for the other ear. Children should only use the ear protection under adult supervision. Removing: Lift the ear cup slightly and remove the ear protection with light rotating movements. Rinse with clear water after use and clean with mild soap if necessary. Let dry before reuse.
