Usage: After each meal, as required (2 or 3 times a day), mix or blend 2 heaped tablespoons of Nutriforce Weight Gain into 1 glass (250ml) of chilled full-fat milk, yoghurt, bio-yogurt, or custard. For intensive sports, you can also take this after every training session. To increase calories, you can add extra honey or a mashed banana.
