Usage

• Children from 12 years and adults: 3-5 times daily, 1 to 2 sprays in each nostril.
• Children 4 to 12 years: 3-4 times daily, 1 spray in each nostril.
• Children under 4 years: in consultation with a doctor.

Application:

1. Blow your nose well or clean it.
2. Remove the protective cap.
3. For first use: hold the bottle vertically and press the spray head several times until a mist appears.
