Children from 12 years and adults: 3-5 times daily, spray 1 to 2 times in each nostril. Children 4 to 12 years: 3-4 times daily, spray 1 time in each nostril. Children under 4 years in consultation with a treating physician.
Proceed as follows:
1. Blow the nose well first or clean it thoroughly;
2. Remove the protective cap from the bottle;
3. For the first use: hold the bottle vertically and press the spray head several times until a mist is formed;
4. Usage: insert the spray head into one nostril and close the other nostril. Keep the bottle vertical and spray deep into the nostril by pressing the spray head down once while simultaneously inhaling through the nose;
5. Repeat this for the other nostril;
6. Wipe the spray head after each use and replace the cap immediately.
Keep out of reach and sight of young children. Store in the original packaging in a dry and cool place. Always consult a doctor first in case of persistent complaints or for use in children under 4 years of age.
