Usage
Do not wet your toothbrush before applying the toothpaste – water can dilute the formula and make it less effective.
Use a small amount, about the size of a pea. That is all you need for a fresh, thorough brush.
Brush gently for about 2 minutes, twice a day. The Smyle eBrush timer vibrates every 30 seconds so you know when to switch sides.
Enamel becomes temporarily softer after eating or drinking. It is best to wait 30 minutes before brushing your teeth, as your enamel will then be at its best again through the natural processes in your mouth.
